Program Manager, leading one to many large high complexity initiatives across the portfolio/enterprise. Set program strategy and work with senior leaders and executives within the business in execution of the program. Responsible for capital and expense project budget, and assisting the business in capital and expense planning. Planning and prioritizing work, resources, deliverables and schedules within the boundaries of the program including parallel work streams. Manage a multi-national team of 4 Project Leads and Scrum Masters. Manage an offshore vendor team of Project Managers. Manage relationships across JJT, legal, finance and the impacted Business area. Identify and drive continual process improvement in the organization, and work effectively as part of a team as a representative of the APPMO. Active member of the J&J ADA Mental Health Diplomats ERG, and MHD Focus Area Advisor.
