John Norman balances technical sophistication and operational simplicity in his work as a technology leader and implementer. Since 2002, Norman has been alternatively VP of Technology or Chief Software Architect at a series of Boston-based startups. In the mid-2000s he co-founded h3.com, which provided recruiting optimization and automation. He has also contributed as a technical advisor to a number of great startups, including Gupta Media and HealthTalker. Since 2011, he has been an executive with the product and software teams at Iora Health, which is "bringing Humanity to Healthcare."
Norman has long practiced and coached some version of agile: At the start, XP; in recent years, Scrum.
