Joakim Orrhult meet agile values as a system developer about 2001 through shorter delivery cycles and feedback sessions. But it wasn't until 2006 he found him self in a team that talked about Scrum. The team he worked in then used Scrum arifacts and Scrum events as Backlog, Fixed sprint lengths , Daily standup, Scrum board and Sprint demo. Since then Joakim has continuously worked for self improvement and doing his best to help others to succed in team work.
