Rachel is an Engagement Partner based in Northern California with over 20 years of business process and technology transformation experience.  Rachel has led all aspects of business transformation programs from initiation to implementation to drive the achievement of business results.  Rachel has been in key leadership positions on multiple, full life-cycle SAP engagements in the CPG, HiTech and Utilities industries.  Rachel's background is in SAP HCM and SAP BI / BW, and she has also led the creation, deployment, and adoption of Methods & Tools for enterprise transformation programs.
