Steve Bowles is an IT professional with over 25 years of experience in project management and building high-performing teams for the financial services and insurance industries.  He is an accomplished servant-leader capable of delivering projects on time and on budget.

Some of Steve’s accomplishments include:

• Leading a project team in successfully developing and implementing a new capability that resulted in $60M per month in new revenue generation. 
• Leading a team in developing an artificial intelligence (AI) commercial insurance underwriting system that was praised by more than 1,100 of the 10,000+ users as the best online system they had ever used, which included some of the largest insurance companies in the U.S.
• Leading a global team in developing business intelligence and early warning capabilities for 1800 MIS users.  This desktop client tool enabled plug-and-play of proprietary and 3^rd party MIS capabilities (e.g. Tableau and Jaspersoft), and provided users with a single solution for their reporting needs, including calculations, presentment, new UI client/web designs, security, and databases.  Automated updates of monthly reports resulted in a 90% increase in productivity.
