OBJECTIVE

I am a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) with over 13+ years of extensive experience in Agile Product Development and Quality Control (Testing), Quality Management, Travel Technology Solution and Services, Managed Services, Relationship Management, Product and Project Management. 

Having played various roles of Product Owner, Scrum Master, Test/ Release Manager, Mentor & Trainer, I am well equipped to help the entire organization rapidly adapt agile methods. 

My professional objective is to bring my Agile/Scrum implementation expertise to help new or experienced product development teams in successful implementation and use of Agile Project Management and Product Development Framework in their projects and help organizations scale Agile/Scrum across their product suite.

• Expert with industry standard tools such as MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Project, SharePoint, MS Visio, Pivotal Tracker, Subversion, Jenkins, Soap UI, Load UI, QTP, Quality Center, VSTS 2010, TFS, Load Runner, Rational Clear Case, Hummingbird Exceed.
• Extensive domain knowledge of GDS, Galileo 360° Fares , Galileo Desktop/ Low Fare Shopping Tool, Airline Pricing, Ticketing,  Fare Rules, Fare Construction, Baggage Rules, Taxes, Mileage Calculation, Combinability, Hawaiian Air Reservation System, Online Booking Engine, Corporate Booking Tool, White Label Solution, REST and API Web Service Integration, Supplier/ Payment Gateway Integration.
