About
In 2005, I earned a BSc degree with a specialization in software development, as an analyst programmer, from “Babes-Bolyai” University in Cluj-Napoca. Having studied the specialized courses, I have acquired the essential skills of developing software using multiple scripting languages, analytical thinking and systematic research. Before graduating, in the last year of study, I have started to work as a Web Developer in Cluj-Napoca, for a foreign company, having the main office in Canada. The experience of working before finishing my studies, it really helped me speed up my knowledge, to understand better the software development business, and also to prepare my exam for the license. Since 2007, I’m working for AROBS Transilvania Software, where I had the pleasure to grow from Software Developer, to Team Leader, and for five years and counting, as a Project Manager. I had the opportunity and pleasure to attend many technical, leadership, social, sales courses and trainings and also big IT conferences. For the Team Leader position I also acted as a Scrum Master. For the Project Manager position I'm acting like a Scrum Master on some projects, on others as a Product Owner.
