Travis Bailey

Travis Bailey. My exposure to agile methodologies began in 2002. Since then I have been introduced to Scrum and used this as a frame work to benefit the product development I have worked on. Having a co-located team working together to achieve a common goal has been a fantastic change over other methodoglies I have used in the past. I have been involved in rolling out scrum and agile practices in an organisations with no exposure to agile practices and helped improved the practices where Scrum had already been employed. We have achieved a high level of success with the products I have worked on I aim to continue my personal growth in the area of applying agile frameworks and organisational transformation.
