Sayi Parvatam

Sayi is a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and a Certified Scrum Product Owner ( CSPO) along with holding a degree in MBA in HR. Its been great for the last couple of years using Scrum & Agile for the Retail & Banking projects that I have been working on.

With an MBA in HR, I always look at being people centric and work towards providing business value to stakeholders that I am working with. Its also good to relate to people first over processes. I have about 12+years of experience into Operations, Testing & Business analysis in India.  In recent years I have worked with many clients of all types right from retail to using agile in Banking project sector & I always admire and like to bring value through incremental improvement. Strongly believe to bring value in a phase by phase manner using the sprints.

Keeping this in mind, I am now interested and focused towards writing few articles on agile journey & how it can build a better Organization.Working with self motivated and self driven individuals is the key. Also building the environment which people get motivated is always something I like and execute.
