Anurag Agarwal, as an Agile Expert, believes in enabling teams to deliver better quality products. He believes in bringing Agile Transformation in small increments and through involvement of teams.

Anurag guides the teams to understand the agile values and principles and embrace Agility. He works closely with leadership team to bring Agile Transformation in the organization. He has been coaching and guiding the teams to effectively utilize Scrum events to self-organize to achieve desired results. Being a change agent, he is involved in transforming multiple teams from Waterfall to Agile. He has worked with distributed teams with diverse skills and levels of expertise.

Anurag is always open to new ideas. He is looking for opportunities to continuously improve his skills and learn new methods, concepts and techniques to become more effective in his role which will in-turn help his team and organization to achieve the desired goals and outcomes.
