Shannon Osborn

Shan Osborn is the Portfolio Lead for Pacific Northwest National Laboratory’s (PNNL’s) Web Content Systems team, with over 30 years of experience in the research industry specializing in web development, information architectures, web governance, content analysis/strategy, and web and technical writing and editing. Shan leads and provides consultation and development for several Drupal projects supporting PNNL’s work with the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) and collaborates with developers, researchers, and sponsors across the DOE national laboratories system on websites for multi-lab programs. Shan also serves as the PNNL website accessibility subject matter expert and is a core member of PNNL’s Associated Diverse Abilities @PNNL Team (ADAPT) employee resource group.
