I'm a business transformation leader with a successful history of leading organizations and teams at both the strategic and team level in the adoption of Agile Methodologies, Business Agility, Product Design Thinking, Lean UX and DevSecOps practices, and nurturing servant leadership within their organization. I've worked in the consumer services, banking, insurance and management consulting sectors for the past 18 years. 

I specialize in helping companies create and sustain operating models that support teams, both in software development and business function, in adopting and working in an Agile mindset. This involves advising these companies on organizational design, financeal models, HR policies, physical and virtual workspace, and engineering practices that support and nurture Agile teams. I'm passionate about creating ecosystems where teams are enabled and empowered to drive towards outcomes that produce value.
