Dave Soetanto - I am an Agile professional with 10 years of experience in the project management world. I have lived throughout Europe, learning Dutch, French, and German, all the while increasing my professional expertise in the international management side. I have organized several multi million dollar projects, ensuring that there all PMO practices were followed. I have also implemented PMO practices in another company, when I learned of agile methodologies. While they were not the best fit for this company, I ensured that the knowledge I learned would stay with me in the future. Starting at Xerox Business Services, I learned how to properly apply Scrum methodology and running scrum in a day to day cycle. The process to improve in short cycles all the while teaching and improving, provided an ideal situation for the type of development work that would be done. Galvanizing my experience would be done at Mozido, where I learned from some of the premier agile coaches in the Austin Area. Achieving my CSM and putting me on a path of formal Scrum training.
