Christina is an outstanding technical Project Manager and Change Agent, with over 20 years’ experience in Project/Program Management in predictive (waterfall), adaptive (Agile/Scrum), and hybrid approaches. She employs all project knowledge management areas, including; Integration, Scope, Schedule, Risk, Cost, Quality, Stakeholder, Communications, Configuration, Resource, Procurement, and Change Management, using various analytical tools and techniques.
