Kuo-Kai Ni

Kuo-Kai Ni has received Ph.D. degrees in computer science and information engineering from the National Taipei University of Technology, Taipei, Taiwan, in 2005 and 2011, respectively.

He is the Chief Technology Officer of WebComm Technology Co., Ltd. who has over 10 years software development experience in enterprise computing. 

Since 2008, he started to practice scrum, lead team to delivered project with scrum methodology including academic research projects and telecom, finance, and retail industries projects.  For improving team performance, he started to explore the agile methodology and gained credentials, including PMI-ACP (2014/07), CSPO (2015/03), CSM (2015/07), CSD (2015/08).

Scrum is a great method that can generate a quicker return rate with the approach of prioritizing the user’s requirements. He will continuously practice scrum in software development projects to make more success reference cases. Then he will share those experiences to other ones.
