Maria Granstrom

With an extensive background from digital business and digital development, long experienced from online retail banking and now within travel industry, I have a wide expertise in digital business. I have worked with various areas such as omni channel, content management, change management, in web tv-production and have experience in working with user journeys, customer experience, customer care and online-self services. From the travel industry I have also experience in e-commerce and digital transformation as well. I prefer an accurate dialogue and I am a team player but individualist enough to work by my own. I am truly passionate about how digital can be used as a way to transform existing ways of doing business.
