Aazmi Ashraf

With more than 8 years of experience in Software Quality and a post-graduation degree in Quality Management, Aazmi has an unquenchable passion for Quality. She strongly believes Build the right things and building things right, to the extent that she feels that, in the Agile world, PO the role best positioned to influence in building quality right into the product. She has embarked on a journey to ramp-up as the PO and for this; she is on a fellowship for the PO area with the internal Agile Development Enablement team.

Apart from quality, Aazmi is passion about knowledge sharing, as she is a firm believer of knowledge is one of the things that grows when shared. She was the regional faculty member to the TQM, HR & Communications relevant papers for the post graduate program - M.S Quality Management of the Birla Institute of Technology (WILP)

On a personal front, Aazmi could enjoy a good book any day/place/time and her kind of music would depend on what is on her mind at that moment. She seeks balance in life. She also aspires to be a transformational-leader and someday take up a PhD degree.
