Ben Lim

He started his career as a software developer and was selected by teams to take on the Scrum Master role in 2014. In 2015, he was appointed to lead the digital transformation intiative specifically in Agile and Production Innovation. He expanded on experience through scaling Agility through organisation development across the company including various vernacular editorial groups, sales and marketing, distribution, various business units and HR across various levels.

He is currently a product manager developing products while coaching and guiding the product developers with an Agile mindset and in turn improve our ways of doing things.
