Joe Emett is a Scrum Alliance Certified Scrum Master and Product Owner with 20 years commercial Software Development experience. Joe has been working in an Agile Environment for 9 years and has been a dedicated Scrum Master since 2015. Joe leads the Agile process in his teams and ensures retrospective actions are tracked and followed up. Team Development, Empowerment and Maturity are key to Joe’s mindset. Joe deals with issues with a deft diplomatic touch, whilst not being afraid to address conflict and solve problems. Encouragement and motivation of others come naturally to Joe as do elevation of his teams and celebration of their success.
