Fernando Barrancos

Fernando is a versatile SCRUM MASTER and AGILE COACH with extensive experience helping global IT teams become more productive and making business leaders happy at Fortune 100 companies. He is a co-founder of Agillium, a premier Agile Training and Coaching organization, and he also provides Leadership Coaching services through Mindset Bay Consulting.  

Experienced in multiple agile and traditional project management frameworks. Accomplished servant-leader capable of delivering large-scale software and web development projects by successfully collaborating, facilitating, leading, training, and coaching teams. Able to forge solid relationships and build consensus across multiple organizational levels. Passionate to bring an Agile mindset to the corporate world. 

Fernando has a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, with a specialization in Management Information Systems, and an MBA with a specialization in Strategic Management from the Universidad de Belgrano, Argentina. Since then he has completed graduate courseware in Project Management at NYU, and a Certificate in Management and Leadership at MIT Sloan. He is an avid reader and completes multiple technical and leadership courses every year.

Currently holds the following certifications: Certified Scrum Professional®, Certified ScumMaster® (CSM), Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), Certified LeSS Basics, SAFe 5 Program Consultant (SPC5), PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), Project Manager Professional (PMP), and ASQ Six Sigma Green Belt.

Fernando is also a Leadership Coach and member of the International Coach Federation. Certified Professional Coach and Energy Leadership Index-Master Practitioner by iPEC
