I'm a software engineer with more than 15 years of commercial experience, an university degree in software development and a strong expertise in Business Intelligence (Reporting and DataWarehouses).

As an IT Consultant for the past 14 years I helped clients like ECDC (European Centre for Disease Prevention and Control), Motorola, IBM, Pirelli, Iveco, Banca Lombarda with their software development. That means I was able to see understand different style of organizing software projects, within many organizational cultures, from small organizations to the CMM level 5 Motorola.

Over the past few years, I 've been working within an Agile team, seeing Scrum implemented from the inception phase up to the full maturity, 5 years later
