Saribek "Saro" Balagezyan is an IT professional with 20 years of experience.  Saro is Agile Coach and Delivery Lead with Scrum Master certification who specializes in transitioning Enterprise Technology applications development and engineering processes from Waterfall to Agile methodology. Primary focus on creating an environment and coaching where Business and Technology teams work together to produce required results and web solution deliverables on time and budget. I have been successful because of my ability to work effectively under pressure, listen carefully, coach teams, and analyze issues to provide solutions and find alternatives to move the efforts forward towards desired fruition.
