Implemented good visual managment techniques to make the team focussed on goal and create visibility for the team , a sense of pride of being part of my team as a Scrum Master.

Good in drawing process flow diagram , especially in DevOps engagment to improve the effectiveness and efficency by which we deliver software to the next environment , which leads to the product being first in the market or enchancment which  brings smile in the face of customer.

Have worked on Kaizen, Six sigma , Software tools deploymnent,CMMi , ISO , Compliance and kanban initiative but Scrum is more close to my heart. where i felt i made an impact to the team in a short span of time and got the awesome feedbacks.
