I am a Senior Business Analyst and technology delivery professional with 20 years of experience turning business needs into implemented systems. Agile has been a core part of how I work across product management, business analysis, and technical delivery, including requirements discovery, backlog structuring, user stories, acceptance criteria, sprint planning, stakeholder alignment, UAT, release planning, and continuous improvement.

I have led distributed teams across Canada and Asia and applied Scrum practices in enterprise ERP, CRM, GIS, IoT, analytics, and AI-assisted delivery initiatives. My focus is practical Agile: creating enough structure to keep teams aligned while preserving rapid feedback, iterative delivery, and measurable business value.
