I am currently employed at Accenture specializing in Software as a Service technologies, where my main focus is on Salesforce.com projects and implementations.

I have worked with CRM, particularly in Sales and in the Telecom industry for several years, and have extensive experience in the integration of Sales and service processes into IT solutions.

My role is to work with our customers to transform their business needs into solutions that enable their company to achieve their goals and strategies.
