Seeja Jiju is an experienced Agile Program Manager, PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)®, Certified ScrumMaster® and Certified Scrum Product Owner from Scrum Alliance with 15 years of success leading diverse technology projects. Managed delivery focused, value driven projects through inception-to-completion, following the software and product development life cycle in diversified IT domains; Banking and finance, Embedded Systems, Electronics hardware, and Networking. Holds a Bachelor of Technology in Electronics and Communication Engineering. Started career as an embedded software developer and went on to lead software development projects, and now manage agile software projects and IT programs. Proven track record of managing full SDLC, Agile/ Scrum teams, facilitating Scrum ceremonies, removing impediments, capacity planning, velocity tracking, and driving continuous improvement. Hands-on experience as a Jira Administrator, managing boards, workflows,  and automation rules to enable data-driven delivery. Strong background in SAFe Agile, Agile Release Train (ART), and cross-team coordination.
