I love to put different things together, make them work smoothly and obtain a result which is more than just the sum of the parts. My customers and colleagues often say that I am proficient in interacting and at mediating with all types of stakeholders, at understanding the actual scope of a project quickly and translating it into a set of realistic deliverables, at avoiding delays and solving unplanned issues, at mitigating risks and bottlenecks by offering alternative solutions.

Adoptions of iterative solutions, highly adaptive attitude, lot of bad experiences with waterfall projects, the understanding and sharing of the Agile principles drove me to Scrum.

I am an experienced professional that covered several roles during my career.
Knowledge and skills gained so far allow me to be proficient in several areas:

Project Management – Project scope and targets definitions, planning, execution, documentation and closing, usually, but not only, ICT related projects.

Operations, Organization, Business Analyst – Business problem analysis, understanding and resolve with the help of technology; process and organization design and setup. Solving organizational problems through acquiring and adapting existing IT technologies. Implementation and definition of software lifecycle management process and procedures.

Product Manager – New products investigation, scouting, selection and definition; existing product redefinition and refactoring; representing the needs of end-users, evaluating competition and determine what features to build.

Sales Engineer – Helping potential customer to understand and compare the solutions that are available for buying (pre-sales); Troubleshoot problems to ensure that the solutions work successfully (post-sales)
