With over 15 years of experience as a seasoned agilist, Akiyo have successfully orchestrated impactful initiatives and led agile transformations for Fortune 100 companies across diverse sectors including Pharmaceutical, Finance, Education, Advertising, and IT/Software Development. Over the past three years, she force was in Japan, where she served the role of an Executive Agile Coach for business marketing divisions within a Pharmaceutical company. Her efforts include: integrating the OKR cycle to expedite decision-making processes and fostering an agile mindset, which in turn shifted employee NPS from negative to positive. Furthermore, Akiyo's background includes a role as a team agile caoch at Fannie Mae, where she contributed to the successful implementation of SAFe.
