About
After finishing my studies in Communications Technologies and Business Administration, I joined the software branch at HP in 1987. As a co-founder of a software house I started working with Agile methodologies in the middle of the nineties.
Within more than 20 years of Agile working as:
- Scrum Master
- Product Owner
- Agile Coach
- Agile Leader
Over the years I get experienced with XP, Scrum, Kanban, Lean Start-up, Systems Thinking, PRINCE2 Agile, and related scaling frameworks like SAFe and LeSS, enriched by a bunch of software development skills like CI, TDD/BDD, TA, and JIRA admin.
Based on methodology skills and experiences I facilitate managers and teams gaining a Lean-Agile mindset and guide organisations through their individual way doing Agile, scaling an being Agile.
Relying on long-term experiences I’m currently focusing on Agile Transformations with both, Agile Coaching of teams and enterprises as well as consulting and facilitating services for implementing Scaled Scrum in large organisations.
