Quality is more than testing. It's paying attention to details. It's understanding your customer and being the customer advocate throughout all aspects of the software development lifecycle. High quality products should just work, and work the way customers expect them to, while filling a customer need. I work in the software quality field because it's more than a job, it's a passion.
I have extensive experience delivering results in the software industry, including many years at Microsoft, primarily in a test leadership role. I have a proven track record of successful quality measurement and validation on diverse shipped products from enterprise server software and IT software deployments to consumer device software such as Windows Phone. I'm an experienced builder and leader of global quality assurance teams with a particular focus on team growth, operational excellence and test automation development. I'm detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and a good collaborator with internal and external groups and partner teams. I'm passionate about building teams that excel in customer-centered quality measurement.
