Myself Parkin Patel, have 15 years of IT experience in building and managing medium to large scale applications.

I am currently working as Senior Engagement Manager with Synechron Inc, handling multiple Client Portfolios, responsible for Engagement With Business, Capacity Management, Core Scrum Ceremonies (Backlog Management, Sprint Planning, Review, Retrospectives) and Onshore-Offshore Engagement

I have work experience in a variety of roles in my career - Engagement Manager, Product Manager, Agile Scrum Master, Business Analyst & Developer for Distributed Agile Teams across geographic locations.

I still love to be hands-on and do so by creating small creative applications in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning in Python & R.

My experience also includes working in Managed Services for 3 years, abiding by all the CPI and KPIs. Our accomplishment includes successfully achieving all the SLAs every single month.

I am experienced in Project Planning, Resource Planning, Estimation, Execution, Monitoring & Controlling, Risk Management, Change Management, Conflict Management, Agile Methodologies (Scrum/Kanban), Retrospectives, Story Point and Velocity calculations.
