Jakob Verner Christensen.

I am an excellent trainer, facilitator, and agile coach, and have with great success been both training and coaching to support the agile transformations, in companies like Grundfos, LEGO, Maersk, DTU Biosustain, Sensata, Novo Nordisk, TetraPak, Sennheiser, Milestones Systems, etc. I have a strong agile mindset, comprehensive coaching, facilitation and teaching agile-toolbox, and I know how to help people, do the theory I teach in the classroom in practice when they are implementing the new learnings in their workday.

I coach with both individual agile teams, multiple teams cooperating (SAFe, Less or Scrum@Scale), and leaders on multiple levels in the organization. In this way helping them adapt to the agile mindset, realize new needed behaviors and practices, implementing Scrum or Kanban on a team level, and getting SAFe, Less or Scrum@Scale to work in larger organizations. I call myself a super pragmatic, and so I don't blindly favor any particular Scaled agile frameworks but will make people on all levels pull in the same direction, by tuning the entire organizational orchestra, in respect to their chosen framework.

I help companies with their agile transformations. Through workshops helping them getting their transformation strategy in place, and supporting the companies by actually executing the actions induced by the strategy, in practice afterward both for teams, leaders, and product.

I act by making sense on all levels in the organization, and I will in true best interest of my companies and all of the people that work there, honestly speak of what I see and observe. When this honesty both are done in respect and makes logically makes sense, this information (even if it is painful) is well received. When we have true transparency to the challenges we face, we can make true inspections of the reality, which gives us the foundation to make the right adaptations needed to both products and organizations.
