Starting from a heavy technical involvement by building the product from ground up, and finishing off with product direction to evolve the product into an enterprise-class SaaS. In-depth experience in designing scalable user interfaces, refining user experience, and connecting the dots of years’ worth of user feedback all have trained me to be vigilant in identifying the root problem the customer is trying to solve as well seeing user adoption issues before the product hits the market.
