In my work context I have emerged as a Manager who believes that is more important to be first a Leader and Team Player.

Academic studies in AI and Controlled Systems made me particularly interested in design and implementation of complex controlled processes.

Over a span of 17 years I have worked in several areas of IT including DBA, Network Administration, Software Development, Software Testing Engineering and QA Management.

I had the luck to work with the best of breed professionals in Agile methodologies (Crisp.se) and in turn becoming a Certified Agile ScrumMaster.

Currently I work as Chief Innovation Officer for Lab5 Consultancy, a Testing and Quality Assurance consultancy company, I founded together with other 4 Quality Assurance professionals. I also work as QA Manger and Agile Coach at Haud Systems.

I have experience in payment gateways, affiliate, bonus, betting and gaming systems, telecommunications protocols and IT Processes.
