Skip McCoy

Skip McCoy is an IT professional that begin his career in the support organization.  He was introduced to Agile methodologies as a functional analyst, and after achieving CSM certification, he was hooked. His next role was overseeing integration teams using SAFe ScrumXP methodolgies, ensuring timely delivery of dependencies within a SAFe program. 

Skip now oversees the Agile PMO, managing 5-10 Scrum Masters at any given time, providing coaching and ensuring adherance to the methodologies within the Agile PMO.  He also is responsible for critical Continuous Integration functionality, leading the Test Automation and DevOps delivery within the program.

Skip has a passion for bringing people into Agile development, and showing them how self-organization can help teams find better ways to work, and improve delivery.
