Kirsty Brewer. Currently Agile Business Analyst with some Product Owner responsibilities in the online beauty retail sector.
Previously I have worked in the Travel and Banking sectors, primarily as a hybrid Product Owner / Business Analyst. Proud to be a key member of a "best in class" Product Team at Rentalcars previously, I aim to introduce Agile frameworks to teams in a way that works for them.
Adapting my style and choice in techniques to suit the culture, delivery style and team maturity I successfully took the Customer Service Product team from a bloated backlog with a low delivery velocity to a consistently excelling and delivering function with clearly defined goals.
I believe that by encouraging teams to adopt the Agile ceremonies appropriate to them and demonstrating the benefits to the team of following the Agile path that I can empower them to reach their potential.
