Jaakko Koivula, who is me, is a CSPO who has been doing service development and slided into software projects from there. After developing rental housing services it became apparent that a new system was needed to handle the whole housing service process. As there was no option available on the market, I ended up as the product owner of the tailor-made system and that's how my Scrum experience started.
After finishing the system, I ended up working in a small consulting company, helping other organizations succeed in their Agile software projects and also still working as an out-sourced product owner for the housing system. My next goal is to become more active in the Scrum community and try to give back and learn even more about this extraordinary way of working.
