About
Gina Nunez is a highly experienced Business Analyst, specialising in the contact centre domain, where she has practiced for almost a decade. Her clients include government, utilities, telecommunications and financial services providers, and she has a proven history of engagement with stakeholders at all levels of these organisations.
Gina's strength lies in her focus on customer engagement, complimented by her educational background in Linguistics and Speech & Language Processing. Her experience in designing IVRs and Voice User Interface Design spans both speech recognition and DTMF, and she is an expert in the design, development, implementation and tuning of open speech recognition systems. Her attention in this area has naturally grown to include all methods of customer engagement.
More recently, Gina has expanded her focus to include the more technical aspects of a contact centre build, lending her analytical capabilities across the project lifecycle to all layers of the technology stack.
Gina's unique experience with multiple software vendors, and her exposure to a wide variety of customers and requirements gives her a distinctive advantage when approaching new projects.
A member of the IIBA, Gina is now preparing to take her CBAP exam, and has also faciliated local study groups for others in attaining their CBAP certification.
