Nicolas Jene

I am living in the greater area of Zurich. Since many years I am creating and building projects and products together with my clients. I believe in longholding and trustworthy relationships between service providers and customers. I believe, that it should always be possible to work together in a transparent, open and responsible way. My skills covers the whole process of creating, developping and running Multichannel Business platforms, that support my clients organization and their businesses.

Currently, I have started to follow some new ideas of reinventing organizations (inspired by Frederic Laloux). So e-sphere is build upon strong self-management of all employees and we have just started to establish step-by-step lean practices in our company. We have a strong focus on agile methodologies (mainly SCRUM for software development) in all areas of our work.
