Noel has successfully introduced Agile in diverse contexts - from small start-ups to large commercial and public sector organisations in both Germany and New Zealand. He has worked with and coached teams and individuals at all levels of an organisation, including senior management, as they adopt an Agile approach.
Noel is passionate about creating work environments that people enjoy because he believes, that happy people work better. He's using Agile values and practices to help companies improve their product quality, increase effeciency and customer satisfaction.
