Kathy Dahmen. 

I have been in the IT industry for over 20 years and am currently a Development Manager/Technical Project Manager for a commercial product line.   The product is mature in the market, being out there 10 years and is a leader in its niche.  We are working to revamp the product with a new .NET architecture and updated/enhanced GUI interface along with additional market-gap closing features and functionality.  This rearchitecture has just gotten underway and we are implementing this within the Agile/Scrum methodology. 

Our company has little exposure to this new approach (currently uses the traditional waterfall method), so I am not only implementing but also supporting this going forward for additional product lines.  I also need to map out a transitional approach to the traditional project tracking tools, and to bring all of the other peer groups for our product (QA, Documentation, Requirements Mgmt, project management, etc) up to speed and on board.

Looking forward to gain a broader understanding of how others are implenting this, and to gain the knowledge/tools to move forward.  :-)
