I have discovered a strong passion to Project Management and Computer Science. I have been eager to learn how Project Management works and how other paradigms can be helpful in the profession mainly in Software Development. In my journey to discover other ways to plan, execute, manage and close a project I came by with Agile. Turns out that Agile and Scrum as an Agile framework has been valuable to my profession and life when applying its principles.

I am an Electronicas Engineer and Computer Science professional that can lead teams effectively. I have a post Bachelors degree in Electronics and a MSc. in Computer Science from the Costa Rica Institute of Technology. I have over 8 years of industry experience and a strong passion for Project Management. I have been a participant of scrum teams for more that 3 years and have had lead teams as a PM and as a facilitator as a Scrum Master.

Recent projects using Scrum has been Insight Connect as part of the Development team and Certified Scrum Master ( known as HP Remote Desktop Connection http://www8.hp.com/us/en/products/server-software/product-detail.html?oid=3601866), HP Networking R&D Cloud Application Visibility (on platforms like HP MSM http://h17007.www1.hp.com/us/en/networking/products/wireless/HP_MSM_Controller_Series/) and Application Visibility Traffic Control.

I have been a coauthor of a publish research disclosure #503069 invention called RJ-45 On/Off Connector.
