About

Title: Agile Coch

I became heavily involved with Agile frameworks when I was working as an Associate Director in the PMO at LoyaltyOne in 2014. A newly hired CIO mandated a change over to Agile that involved adopting both Scrum and Kanban within the technology and operation groups. As part of the PMO leadership team, I had the opportunity to help shape the changing landscape within the dept as we helped PMs move into Scrum Master roles, get training and embrace the new coaches we hired to push forward. Shortly after that work was completed and teams started emerging I asked to become ScrumMaster to gain hands on experience working with a technical web services scrum team. I loved it and my passion for this work was ignited. Most recently I have joined Interac/Acxsys as a full time Agile coach to help this company continue their Agile transformation. While providing enterprise level leadership, the bulk of my work is coaching a Data Analytics team with their adoption of Scrum. I continue to develop and refine my skills as an Agile leader within the exciting, changing landscape here in Toronto, Canada.
