About
At the age of 13, I created a popular videogame reviews website and enabled a team of 10 content writers across the world to be successful. I was the glue that kept the team connected, and knew that optimizing and helping teams succeed was in my future.
Fast forward to the present, and I’m still helping teams succeed. With a people-centric and empathic leadership style, I optimize Software Engineering teams for high performance, resulting in increased value, engagement, and early and predictable delivery. Drawing upon Scrum, Kanban and XP toolsets, I adapt Agile techniques for each team and organization. My experiences span a broad range of products and industries, including SaaS, technology, telecommunications, retail and healthcare.
I foster collaboration across teams and encourage a work environment that is fun, meaningful, and allows for authentic connection. My goal is to cultivate a work culture that is intrinsically motivating and values autonomy, mastery, and purpose. We spend so much time at work, isn’t it great when we’re excited to come in each day?
