Siraj Berhan

My name is Siraj Berhan. I have a Bachelor of Science (Specialized Honours in Computer Science) from York University in Toronto, Ontario. I have over 16 years of progressive software development and management work experience, particularly in providing technical leadership, project management, process management, and people development. I’m keen on delivering valuable solutions by applying agile development methodologies and technical management.

Currently, as a Senior Manager, Agile Enablement & Transformation Services at RBC Royal Bank of Canada, I’m continuously championing for agility across the enterprise through process management, training and coaching, as well as hand-on support of various teams. I’m passionate about delivering valuable solutions by applying Agile, Lean, and DevOps best practices.

I have trained and coached hundreds of internal staff through various multi-day courses and workshops from various disciplines including Agile Practitioners, Project Managers, Product Owners, Business Analysts, QA Practitioners Developers, Program Managers, Senior Management, and Executives.

Prior to my current role, I’ve spent over a decade delivering software and leading teams in a variety of roles of increasing responsibility at Novator Systems, CPNI Inc., Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan (OTPP), and IBM Canada Ltd.
