Ausmarton Fernandes

I currently work as a Technical Lead and Scrum Master at PTC and have an experience of 6 years in Agile & Lean Teams. In terms of my experience, throughout my career I’ve worked in highly collaborative and Agile teams practising Pair Programming, TDD, BDD, CI, and other Agile & Lean practices involving Extreme Programming (XP), Scrum and Kanban. To back my professional experience, I have been also Certified by the ScrumAlliance as a Certified Scrum Master (CSM). I have worked with development teams with various technology platforms like Java, Ruby, NodeJS and C# (.NET) and spanning different business domains including e-learning, healthcare, pharmaceutical research, recruitment and sales. Coming from a development background, I find it quite convenient to take on a bit of technical leadership when required.

Apart from this, I keep myself involved with software development communities like the Ruby community and also present in a conferences frequently like RubyConf India 2013 and 2014 and also PyCon India 2013. I also like to contribute to Open source projects at my leisure.
