I've been a project manager for the better part of 20 years, working in a variety of industries from Financial Services/Credit Card Services, to Retail and Renewable Energy.

I got both my Scrum Master and Scrum Product Owner certifications in 2014 and immedately took on the role of Scrum Product Owner for my teams - helping drive a pattern of delivering incremental business value over time using my newly acquired skills and embracing the agile mindset.  What have enjoyed the most about Agile project management is that it injects a healthy dose of reality when estimating project delivery, and acknowledges that we don't have a crystal ball with which we can predictably forecast project delivery dates way into the future - and that it's ok to acknowledge that while we need to provide some sort of estimates for delivery, the further out the timelines, the more uncertainty and risks there are baked into those timelines. And the beauty of Agile is that we have a framework for continously revisiting and re-evaluating, and refining our estimats as teams move along their paths, learning new information and embracing new and emerging needs from our stakeholders.

Helping organizations learn to trust the framework and folow me on the path to what I like to call "The Garden of Scrumvana" provides a great source of challeng for me, as well as a great source of fulfillment.

I'm excited to be on this journey to helping organizations harness the power of Agile and realizing their business goals one sprint at at time.
