My career has included a wide variety of experience: managing a movie theater, the radio and recording industry, and over a decade in non-profit management and fundraising. For the last 14 years my focus has been on digital product management, software development, and employee relations. My love for Agile, and Scrum specifically, is the freedom it allows in pursuing a workplace people love. We embrace Kaizen ("good change") with the understanding that it's not just for the benefit of increased productivity, but to do so while shaping our work environment to value and reward people.
