Sreenivasulu Patthipati

My name is Sreenivasulu Patthipati and I have more than 14 years of diverse experience and exposure in the IT field.  This experience covers areas like Agile Coaching, Quality Management, Project Management and Software Development and Testing.

I am currently working as a Senior Scrum Master where I am coaching 2 Scrum Teams to deliver critical financial products related to the payments domain of the Asian and North American markets.

My journey in Agile started way back in 2010. It was an eye opener for me and I became big fan of Agile methodologies. The main thing which I liked was empowerment of the team and emphasis on close collaboration among business and IT. I liked the way whole concept is structured and this motivated me to take up and enjoy all possible roles in Scrum. Over last few years I have played multiple scrum roles like Scrum Team member and Scrum Master. I was part of a successful Agile Transformation for a Clinical Trial Software Product development in Fidelity Information Services (FIS) during 2016-2017. This gave me a very strong foundation of Agile. I have taken up Scrum Master Role to coach teams to deliver business value as needed by customers. I am enjoying the servant leadership role as I am getting to know many facets of product development. This also taught me how to work in a diverse, cross functional global team to deliver value. I am passionate about Agile Trainings' and Coaching. I believe that collective learning can yield maximum benefits to all.

I am currently involved with Agile communities in Bangalore where I participate in various meetups, to learn and share business value articulated by Agile Scrum. I am an active member of Agile 30 meetup group Bangalore. Through this group professionals meet and share a lot of knowledge and best-practices related to Agile.  I have also contributed white-papers and Agile best practices within my current organizations Agile related internal forums. 

I believe that Certified Scrum Professional (CSP) Credential will further strengthen my knowledge and identity in the field of Agile.
