I am an Agile coach and trainer.. Since Nineties, I used and promoted RAD, RUP, Iterative Development, XP and, more recently, Scrum, Lean IT and Kanban.
I managed teams of up to 35 people, up to €4.5M annual budget and more than one hundred IT projects through the entire lifecycle, from requirements to completion, with a proven track record of exceeding performance expectations, remaining customer focused and adhering to budgets and timelines.
I am the organiser of a meetup group, Agile Talks, in Roma (Italy) created for helping people to bridge the Agile knowledge gap.
